材料: (28個)
<<果凍>>
明膠粉 - 8 克
水 – 40毫升
糖 – 50克
水 – 200毫升
Cointreau - 2大湯匙
<<饀>>
草莓 - 4粒
桃 - ¼ 個
香蕉 - ¼ 個
開心果 - 5粒
製作方法:
- 用40毫升的水預先溶化明膠粉
- 將糖和200毫升的溫水混合后, 再加到明膠液中
- 當以上降回室溫, 加上Cointreau
- 水果切細, 開心果切薄片
- 用水沾濕半球型製冰格, 加入水果等, 加入明膠液
- 放到冰箱冷卻固定
- 完成

Gelatin - 8g
Water(for Gelatin) – 40ml
Sugar – 50g
Water – 200ml
Cointreau - 2 tbsp
<<Fillings>>
Strawberry - 4pcs
Peach - ¼
Bananas - ¼
Bananas - ¼
Pistachios - 5pcs
Method:
1. Dissolve the gelatin in 40ml of water
2. Dissolve the sugar in 200ml of warm water, then mix with 1
3. Add Cointreau into 2(at room temperature)
4. Dice the fruits and thin slice the pistachios
5. Wet the "half-sphere shaped" ice mold, add fruit and pour the gelatin mixture
6. Put the mold into the freezer
7. Ready to serve :)
